Schools benefit when students consistently report good teaching, fair treatment, useful clinical experience, and responsible administration. Visibility is earned through student trust; it is not bought through advertising.

Too many students discover problems only after admission. Some are asked to pay large sums for a supposed final licensing examination. Others spend years in programmes that may not lead to the professional licence they expected. By the time the truth becomes clear, the money and time are difficult to recover.

NMCNCHECK brings school information and student experiences into one place so warning signs can be found earlier.

Students can search schools by state, programme, or country; read ratings and reviews; and submit concerns for moderation. They can rate a school positively or negatively based on their experience.

The Student ranked directory uses both rating quality and participation. Schools with stronger, well-supported ratings can receive more attention, while repeated poor ratings can reduce a school's position. This helps credible but lesser-known institutions become visible to prospective students in Nigeria and abroad.

Students sometimes face unfair treatment, unsafe learning conditions, unexplained fees, withheld results, or poor clinical placement and feel they have nowhere to speak. NMCNCHECK provides a structured avenue for sharing experiences and reporting concerns.

Reports are reviewed before publication. A published concern is not proof of wrongdoing, and schools should have a fair opportunity to respond or request a correction.
